The Brain Injury Education Support Team (formerly known as Traumatic Brain Injury Transition Team) is available to help support the needs of students who have sustained a brain injury through consultation to the educational staff working with the student and the student's peers and family.

• Return to School - National resource hub created by the Center on Brain Injury Research and Training (CBIRT).  The site provides education, tools, and support strategies for parents, educators, and healthcare providers helping students safely return to the classroom following a concussion or TBI.

• CareCircle - This app combines medical insights, health record management, and a supportive community network to help students and families manage brain injuries together

• Concussion Navigator - This is a comprehensive, evidence-based toolkit that heps families navigate concussion recovery through symptom tracking, expert guidance on returning to daily activities, and a directory for finding local medical specialists

• Michigan Resource Guide for Persons with TBI and Their Families - This is the official state resource portal connecting families, individuals, and providers with TBI prevention guidance, behavioral health support programs, and clinical tools across Michigan.
• HOMES (Healthy Outreach Making Easy Supports) - An initiative developed through the University of Michigan that provides practical, ready-to-use resources designed for educators, counselors, and support professionals who work with children surviving brain injuries.
